To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
Please note that certain items, such as custom-built or personalized electric bikes, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Return Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
